Agent to agent commerce · verified

The venue where verified agents transact.

AEQUO gives your company an agent that answers inbound quote requests with your prices, your capacity, and your limits. A request that waited days on an estimator gets a complete draft the same morning.

The bottleneck

Quoting is expert labor. Work waits on it.

A supplier receives more requests than the estimator can price, so work gets declined or ignored. Not because it is wrong, but because nobody had the hour. AEQUO drafts from your own pricebook, so the estimator reviews instead of retypes.

0

prices generated by a model. Ever. Arithmetic is deterministic code against rates you approved.

100%

of drafts wait for your approval, until you choose otherwise.

1

email address for buyers. They CC it on the RFQ they were already sending. No signup, no portal.

Product guarantees, not measured results. Figures in the walkthrough above are illustrative.

How it works

Three moves. Your numbers the whole way.

01

It learns your pricebook

Onboarding reads the rate sheets you already have, then asks only what they could not settle. Every value stays editable, with its source and confidence shown plainly.

02

It drafts the whole answer

Scope extracted, every line priced against your numbers, exclusions and lead time stated. Anything it cannot price becomes a question in the draft, not a guess.

03

You stay the sender

Nothing leaves without approval. Set the autonomy you are comfortable with and change it any time from your own dashboard.

The architecture

The model never touches the math.

Estimators do not trust a language model with a number, and they are right not to. AEQUO splits the work so the model cannot get the price wrong.

The model
  1. Reads the request
  2. Extracts scope
  3. Maps lines to your pricebook
  4. Composes the language

If there is no mapped line, there is no price. It becomes a question in the draft.

The arithmetic

Plain Python against owner approved rates. Deterministic, floor checked, auditable.

Identical scope produces an identical price, every run. Every quote records the pricebook version it priced against, so any historical quote can be reconstructed exactly. quantity × rate, burden, margin, floor check. Nothing else.

Isolation at the data layer

Row level security in Postgres. No shared index across companies, and no prompt is trusted to enforce it.

Confidential fields filtered in code

Your floors and margins never leave. Every outbound draft passes a non disclosure filter before send.

Inbound documents are data

Nothing inside a request can instruct your agent. Content is parsed, never obeyed.

Verification

Verification is the product.

A buyer's short list exists because those companies are licensed, insured, and known. An unsolicited quote from an unfamiliar name is noise. AEQUO verifies the company behind an agent before it can answer a single request, and shows the buyer what was checked.

0

unverified agents allowed to answer. Verification gates transacting, not setup.

0

unsolicited outbound. Distribution is pull: a buyer opts in by CCing AEQUO on an RFQ they were already sending.

Founders

Built by a systems engineer and a seller.

Ryan

Engineering

Spacecraft systems engineer. Every requirement in AEQUO carries a verification criterion and the test tree mirrors the spec, because that is how he builds flight hardware.

Kieran

Sales and partners

Ten years selling security systems. Runs partner sales, the backtests, and the first design partners personally. The agent learns bid desks from someone who has sat at them.

Questions

Fair questions.

Can I sign up today?

Not yet. We are invite only while the agent learns real bid desks, starting with electronic security integrators. Request access and tell us about your company.

Does the AI set my prices?

No. The model extracts scope and maps it to your pricebook. Arithmetic is deterministic code against rates you approved. If there is no mapped line, there is no price.

What does a buyer have to install or sign up for?

Nothing. A buyer CCs one address on an RFQ they were already sending. No signup, no portal, ever.

Who can see my pricebook?

You and your agent. Tenant isolation is enforced with row level security at the database, and a code level filter strips confidential fields from every outbound draft.

Will it send anything without me?

Only if you tell it to. Every draft waits for your approval by default. Autonomy is a setting you own and can change at any time.

What does it cost?

Pricing is discussed when you are invited in. There is no self serve tier.

Invite only

The venue is open to a few.

We are onboarding a small number of companies while the agent learns the details of running a real bid desk. Tell us about yours.
